Directly from reliable Morocco. The fishery has invested in the finest machinery and equipment to ensure a state of the art production facility that has satisfied the highest international standards of quality and health. Their policy of total quality management begins with the raw material. Only the finest fresh chilled catch is accepted from the local fleet. The purse seining method is used by the local fleet this ensures minimal damage to the catch. Also the catching areas are very close to port ensuring the shortest time between catching and processing.

Payment by TT or irrevocable C/L at sight issued or confirmed by first rank European bank.

We also prepare:
- mackerel fillets in vegetable oil, in olive oil, in brine or tomato sauce
- pilchards with vegetable oil or tomato sauce

The fishery is located in south of Morocco Casablanca port known as one of the largest and best market for sardines

The fishery offers for export Sardina Pilchardus and is CEE and FDA registered and HACCP certified
Freezing capacity of 140 MT per day
Storage capacity of 600 MT.
Export of frozen sardines on block, IQF, fillets and butterflies fillets towards many countries.

Specification:
. Fat content: 6-15%
. Calibre and size for whole sardines on block: 60-70; 70-80; 80-90; 90-100; 100-110 and 110-120 pieces per 10 kg
. Packing: one block of 10 kg net in a poly bag in each master carton.

FOB or CFR deliveries any port.

Payment: irrevocable and confirmed L/C payable at sight against : B/L sanitary certificate, origin certificate and commercial invoice.

Can supply 7x40' containers per week but we can sign agreements for largest quantities.
